unfortunately, Flowersjjtx does not accept returns for any of our products, because we are providing a service consistivity to temperature, moisture, and light. please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own.you can contact us if you have any any questions, comments, and concerns, and a design specialist will do everythimg possible to help.

Shipping information

All orders within in woodland and spring, ship via our own hand delivery service. We offer same day delivery on orders placed before 11am CT. If you have any specific instructions for the delivery, be sure to include them into the ” Delivery Instructions” field during check out. Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. We deliver every day Monday to Sunday, including major holidays.
